OK, Chris, you gotta grow some balls. If you really like the girl, let her know. The only thing it could do is get a rejection, but atleast you would know where you stand with her. I just recently told an old flame that I still had feelings for her and it helped me a lot. It was hard to do because I was just laying myself out on the line, but she just told me "I knew that, I'm a girl.....we know those types of things." I thought I would feel shot down, but it actually gave me a boost of confidence.

What I suggest you do is talk to her a couple more times and see how things are going...maybe try some innocent flirting (all the kids are doing it....lol). Don't just have conversations though...look and listen to how she responds to things, you can learn a lot. But don't just take one thing she does as the deciding factor on whether she likes you or not...it's the combination of all the things she does. But be open and honest and shit.....girls seem to like that
