what the fuck r you two talking about? well, either way...unless you start a new account, or get I think 500 posts or 5 battles n 20 posts then you wont have that option. When you do meet these requirments...your account will be upgraded to registered user and you will able to do more shit. got it?

Nope! To get your account upgraded to a registered voter you have to possess 5 wins and then pm strobe and ask him to upgrade your account. This was all down to the Elevated Front Lines forums only allowing registered voters to vote on EFL battles and you could only battle in EFL if you had 5 wins. Hence the 5 wins before strobe will upgrade your account. But you DO have to pm him the request, he doesn't just do shit by himself if he doesn't have to.
