all I did was move it
Tween it Lowed opacity Tweened it..

thats what I did for the ball....Created a new frame..lowered its opacity and tweened it 20...Then with this new layer on..put it on top of the text layer...hit ctrl G...and it will merge with the text the drag the white over the text
