You can't....Not yet at least. Maybe if they change it, so if ya got alot of post or some shit, you can have one. You must be a big-time free-poster, cause I was here when you could get a custom title by gettin' like 200 post or if you buy tha shit. If you we're not here when that shit was like that, than you had to free-post ya ass off kidd. You can't get one untill they decide on what they want to do to change tha site, here soon. Even then, It still may not be an option...
