What is a registered voter?

for elevated front lines, what is an registered voter? someone in complaints doesn't like to answer question that I ask so I came here. Why i'm registered and others with just as many wins and posts are not? when i never asked to be registered.. i just don't get it, can someone explain..

If you pmed an admin for your title powers, or avvy titles..they also make u a registered user...i dont kno if u did that...but yea..thats wut it is...

You are automatically upgraded when you have 500 posts.. If you have 250 posts and 5 wins, you can ask to be upgraded. If you are a registered voter, you better know how to vote and only registered voters can vote in elevated front lines.
