You put the files in a bag, then what you gotta do is take the little metal handle type thing in your fingers, and in a slow but steady movement, pull it accross the open area of the bag..
And then it will be zipped... But I recommend a filing cabnet though for proper storage of files.. |

A Program Called Winzip, Or Winrar.
Winzip is the more common used ones, It came with All The computer's I'v had.
