help me

yo i need help wit my pre-amp i got it all connected and it aint recording through it....i got the wires all in the right place...i got it connected to the mic..the mic doesnt have a swith ta turn on it supposed ta automaticly record when u have it plugged in and ur recording...i dont know whats left ta do can someone please help me here's the link to my pre-amp...http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7...ase_pid/182491/ ...holla back

i had a roblem wid mine on ma computer go to volume control it mite be the mic volume go to microphone advanced take off Mic2Select try that

like dude said, chek ur settings. it could also be that ur not using an analog mix mode. try puttin the mic into every slot on ur card dependin on ur sound card. line and mic are da same, except mic is mono. so go for it, if not... then make sure ur mic isn't defective or ur preamp.
