You Ever Coach A Sport?

This is my 3rd year coaching basketball but this time it's for a middle school in San Francisco. For the past 2 years I've been coaching for the community leagues in my city. But this year I got hired as head coach of the middle school. Gettin paid $3,000 so I'm happy.
You guys ever coach anything? |

gotta be 21 here to be able to be head coach. it sucks. im gonna try to be an assistant coach for the next 2 years so when i wanna be a head coach i will be ready. basketball of course.

Yeah it's a whole lot of fun. What's better than getting paid for something you enjoy doing? Gotta be the greatest job. I'll be teaching them some motion offense but my main thing is defense so they'll be learning to press for pretty much the whole game. Haha I'm glad my coaches never made me do that.

Ya if you can get their conditioning up to that level pressing the entire game is very effective. We did it for the 2nd half if we were losing. Just gotta get em ready for full court sprints for a hour or so.

Yeah. All I care about is defense and conditioning. If they can't get those 2 things down, then they're going nowhere.
