Alright ive heard that now you cant put em on, and ive heard that you have to have 500 post and be a registered voter. Just want to know what i have to do to get my custom avy up. Thank you.

go to your cp (control panel) then go to edit avatar...at the bottem under all the predefined rb avatars there should be "CUSTOM AVATAR" just simply browse you pc for the avatar you want and it will upload it onto the server and will be defined as your avatar....

This is what you should see if you are able to have a custom avatar.

You have to be a registered voter or have 500 posts...

And, Ice, they changed the rules a couple weeks ago
At first everyone could have costom avys
But now they mad it so that you need 500 post or be a registered voter
That's why you used to have it but you don't anymore
