Hmm. I didn't really like the opening shot in either verse, so let's take a look at where they went from there. ACC put his stuff into a Lessons 1-2-3 structure which made it go down easier and added an element of style or attitude. His punches were kind of mediocre, good flow, rhyme scheme solid but simplistic, and he snuck a decent personal in there with the allusion to LoT's name ("liqour makes me quicker befo i beat you to a PULP"). Overall pretty decent.

LoT didn't really get going until the line "You messin with 140 proof liquor, and you hold it like a skinny woman". After that he got in a good personal with the "parental advisory" reference, but followed up with a hard-to-understand line about 'casting a shadow on my time." Maybe I just don't know that expression. The Denny's line was a good concept but seemed a little awkward in the execution. The rest of the verse was okay, not weak but not notable either.

It's a tough call. LoT seemed to bring more creativity but wasn't always successful in constructing good punchlines out of his ideas. ACC was pretty generic but had better style and flow. I think I'ma go with ACC on this one. Let's see a rematch sometime.
