This is one of the better battles here and a close one.

For personals, I wasn't really feeling either one.

Punches: Jay wins easily. "Only way to save face is collect coins" (you know what I'm talking about) is an ill line, and the closing is really good. guyver's is just kinda random.

Flow: Close. Both of y'all went way too long with the lines not to have multiple rhymes per line, or some worldplay or something in there.
