My home has been this jail site; I got life for killing a guy in a knife fight
Security may be tight but no one can stop me from escaping tonight
My crime was self defence and I’ve served ten years of redeeming
My cell-mate thinks I’m dreaming, but I’ve spent six months scheming
Plan is full proof because I’ve got a bent guard ready on point
Whilst he distracts the other guards, I’ll be busting out of this joint
This place is a living hell but now I’m giving it my final farewell
I already snagged the keys to my cell, and now all is going well
I don’t know how he did it but the guard got everyone distracted
Now I’m out in the yard, there’s a car outside where I’ll be extracted
I wanted my escape to go off without a hitch, now its hit a glitch
I’m only halfway across the pitch, lights have caught me…”What a bitch!”
Now there was no fire but instincts told me to ‘Stop’ ‘Drop’ and ‘Roll’
Luckily it worked out as the light passed by on its set patrol
I got to my feet and calmed myself down trying to regain control
Then I set off on a sprint heading directly towards my escape goal
Less than a minute I hit the gate, all that stood in my way was the barb wire
I began to climb; not turning back cuz freedom was too much of a desire
I reached the top and ripped away at the wire as it tore into my hand
Blood constantly dripping, this wasn’t exactly what I had planned
But I can’t stop now……I pulled and the barb wire finally came free
I cut myself as I hopped over, now more blood is dripping from my knee
In my car now with the engine started……my escape is over…done
But I ask myself was it worth it, now I’ll spend my life always on the run!!

A'yo...both verses was ill fo real...King Solo I thought your verse had some mda multies...told a nice story too. I dont think the topic is played, but I just started Topical battling. Your structure was consistant, and your verse ryhmed very very well. Killah Bwoy...I thought you had some nice original shit. I thought your verse told a better more detailed story...flow was consistent, and it all ryhmed...vocabulary was tite too...King Solo, your vocab was pretty basic...

Aight tight battle here peeps i thought this was a great topic to pick and both had real good detail to it...

King Solo: had a good structure to his verse and maintained a good detail to his rhyme decent rhyming wordplay was there and all in all kept it real props to ya.

Killah Bwoy: Wow i liked that verse i really enjoyed reading it the wordplay was off the chart dope man props to ya, The bold bars were the best lines and well done props again nice rhyming and kept the topic suspensful you got this hott topic battle both of ya.
