rhyming help

I'm a little confuzed with rhyming because when you have a big word and try to rhyme, you end up only rhyming the last part of the word which isn't a perfect rhyme. So please can anyone out there explain how to rhyme perfect and how you look at a word to make the flow sound really good cause i've been messing up on this and I really want to elevate so bad. If you can, you could spit the word up and highlight it how the sounds fit in, I would need this explained perfectly to understand because it's a big problem dat i wanna overcome. Peace

heres a tip man, get a page write down the first word that comes to ur head and write everything that ryhmes with that do it with about 5 words and then try to string something together keep it to about 15 syabllebs per line
