one dont trust anyone , you'r your own best friend also money makes the world go round (sad but its so true you'll learn the value of the euro)/

three keep your connections straight, you wont believe what a phone call can do /
four never take the first answerunless its yes and even if it is add a few questions to the mix, there is always a way to get what you want no matter what they say ,( more is better ,but not always, sometimes getting bigger is getting worse a gradual growth will keep you in check)give them a little time to think, not to long , cuz they'll think of ways to get out of it. istead of you gettin paid they'll get out before your able to stop them./

six be ruthless, to the point where you have a reputation/
seven dont worry about heaven, never mix your beliefs in with your duties/
eight your obligations to your community must always come first no matter what they say, things can only become better with a little effort and a deep pocket,/
nine never have one focus, keep your profits undercover and applied, its a cycle , that never ends, own lots of everything no matter what it is , everything is something to fall back on , give you that boost you need a little extra money for that benz/
