umm, many different ways to do it... and yes you can use photoshop... open a new file, then change the size to 90x90(make sure its pixels). Then put and write what you want on there...

DO you want to do it yourself, or do you want me to... If you want a pic in there... open up your picture file then lasso it and copy and paste it into the avy backround, then CTRL+T to resize it and move it around... The text should be self explanitory. If you want me to do it, then pm me what you want on it...
