First off get a rep...then after being active u can post a new Crew inc rew n collabs...get 8 memebers and strobe ill set up ur crew forum.. Custom titles...u need 250 posts and 5 wins or 500 posts...after u have on eof those PM srtobe and he will upgrade ur account...or u can buy it in the rapperz store..
