The Real Truth

Part I:

People dont know the real truth, im gonna let the secret out
War amongst ourselves, is what the streets are all about
Welfare was created just to make the poor feel worthlessness
And thats the way it will stay, no matter if you work your fists
You can pump them up and down, yell slandering words
Until the extreme forces swarm upon us and riots occur
The government is Republican no matter the presidents'
Either you pick , there will be higher taxes in your residence
We're just trying to make ends meet, but gas prices are screwed
So your broke, cuz the gas is more than the paycheck youre due
So now you have to cut back, clothes are hand me downs only
And your wife leaves you for a richer man, now youre lonely
But of course she left the kids for you to provide for them
And your ex-wife still wants child support for surviving them
Two weeks later you get savagely layed-off from your career
And the problems are hightened, it becomes too much to bare
You start going on job interviews ... but never catch a break
So you think of suicide, But you dont want to mess with fate
Just take a moment to relax, and realize nothing can heal you
No matter your opinions ... What i express ... is the real truth.

Part II

The real truth behind existence, Is written in scriptures from the bible
And no matter how hard the stories are to believe, We still try to
I feel i've been lied too. What man could fit 2 billion animals on a boat
And what godly man could heal you from his touch to your throat
And men were created from dirt?!?! Well i guess i believe that tale
But what man could make the world in seven days, and not fail
And it takes the modern technology six months to build a home
And 'God' created everything. But the indians had no room to roam
In all reality the sheep and the goats were the ones eating the most
But the Indians got killed for their land, the rest leaving the coast
And when you repent... Your sins supposedly just wash away
But that cant stop you from bouncing off of padded walls today
And when you pray..... How many of your prayers get answered
Because 5 five years ago i prayed my mother wouldnt die from cancer
But it happened... So why should i believe that God can save all
Because you have hopes, but when theyre gone, you just face fall
God didnt help me when all i ever needed was a hand to help
But i know that God is real...... And i must be a man myself
Just take a monent to relax, And realize nothing can heal you
