The temptations runnin’ rampant
how could this have happened

but someone wants to change my fate

The trials of this life are floodin’ my mind

His word I must go through
to do what is right

to go with One and not the other
with the One, my sins were covered
not wantin’ to break His commandments
after sayin’ that I truly repent
givin’ in is somethin’ that will happen
and when it does, my heart it will dampin’
I want His way not the other
doin’ things for my Heavenly Father
but with everything comin’ at me
the future good is hard to see
don’t know, I feel like I’m bein’ smothered
but it’s either One way or the other

this was good for a beginner

lines were a little short makin it sound rushed

flow was good though, vocabs was basic, need to up that

this was unique. your lines were short which added dimension to your verse. your vocab wasn't big which would also make it sound better on audio. flow was solid... n/m bad to say, try putting this on audio. imagery was alright...nothing special...keep it up
