Treated like a black sheep, forgotten dog, the ghost in the fog, the unseen log(Like Cpt. Log on a boat), your shits never read, locked tight in your head/

You just never find to words to speak, feelin that the critics will call it weak, so you wash ya mind in the lost creek, hope it all washes away, the words you never say/

But then, lightning strikes twice, your flows nice, your words are a miracle like christ, the words flow, you know, you've got a real shine to show/

But you've lost all direction, standin at hip hops intersection, and the words eat at you like an infection that's avoided detection, and you're afraid to mention/

Your own damn name to a record exect, cause they speak rightous dialect, and inspect everything not missing a speck/

But they never see the heart in your written, the rhymes you've spitten, and the certin lines that you're hittin, so they say no, and you're sitll hidden/

Will I ever make it, cause this is a wack rep I can't shake it, I can barely take it, and I can't say shit, so I'll just hold onto the dream, and hope to be seen, true soldiers know what I mean...../
