Answer 1a)Yes, that is how it used to be back in the day(e.i. early 1900's)

Answer 1b)no, b/c every team in the league would suck, and there would be players that wouldnt be able to play..b/c if the state that they are from they dont have a team..

I think it would be dope if you could only play for your own City. It would be a lot different tho, it would become too competetive tho. An then once teammates moved Cities an all that, what would they do?

It would be like schools, they'd have to wait a year to play for the new team lol.
