i need professional help

i know im not supposed to post this in here but no one iz viewing the graphics thread so im postin in here i know im probably the only one who doesent know how to do these things, but i need to know how to take a part of an image out of it, the picture below i want to extract my body from it but i dont know how
 also i need to know how i would go about adding pictures like this  to a background like this  thats not the bg i want its jus an example i would want the bubble to replace the pink, can any1 help me? i dont have photoshop and want to download it but i dont know which one i should download so i need help with that to

Adobe Photoshop CS2 is probably the easest to get
all you really need to do is go to www.adobephotoshop.com and download the trout version of CS2 then get someone to get you the serial and what not for it when your tryout expires.

Well if you want it to look good you need photoshop.
You could probably do it in paint, but I dunno how. Just wait 15 hours... its easy
