Who actually has some kind of cohesive money making plan?

A lot of people have plans like "i want to live in a mansion and fuck supermodels"...
but who on here actually has goals and time frames and means to accomplish their dreams? I want to be a real estate developer eventually and I work at Zaxby's now which is like upscale fast food (meaning that it is fresh...takes longer to make than most fast food places...and expensive)... I have plans to open my own Zaxby's within the next three years...right now im still doing my homework about it. The guy that owns the one where i work now is sort of taking me under his wing. Hes gonna show me how he does payroll and day-to-day operation and Im gonna try to get in a lot of questions about how he got started with his first store... Ideally he will put up the start-up money (around $650,000) in exchange for some reasonable amount of equity in the business (probably a limited liability company). Ill let a lot of the equity go (probably around 35%) in exchange for flexible renegotiation terms. I want to renegotiate the contract 18-24 months in after the business becomes profitable and I have more credibility. I want to buy back about 15% of his equity and then open two more stores within 36 months of the new contract. After three stores I want to diversify into real estate within two years. I plan to start with a light portfolio (probably around 10 houses) and slowly build up as my restaurant business becomes more and more profitable. After I have about 50 houses and 3-4 more stores I want to get into real estate development...which is where I want to end up... After my first few successful neighborhoods I want to sell my restaurant business (or at least become a silent partner) and focus on developing real estate full time... So if I get all this rolling according to my plan I should be doing what I want to be doing by the time Im around 30...which is a good goal as far as Im concerned... Anyone else plan shit out this meticulously?

Well...
I published a book. I could make millions with that if it took off. I could be the next fuckin Harry Potter or The Lord of the Rings. Other than that... I'm probably gonna start a publishing company. |

Rap, producing, creative writing, philosophy..
I got plans like a mutha fucka. In a few years, I WILL be one of the big time hip hop acts in australia and I WILL elevate the game round here. Our rap industry is just starting to take off, its probably the best time to be getting into rap right now than any other genre of the music industry in australia.. Basically I got the know-how and I am surpassing almost every currant group thats getting props in this country.. I plan maticulously from A to B exactly how I'm gonna do this and I aint even gonna hide the fact that I'm a work-a-holic and slightly obsessive when it comes to rap music........ Basically I aint the type to hide in the background.. I plan on being an influencial celebrity round here.. Thats one of my goals.. But I'm doing this for a higher cause.... And I wont fail..... |
