wow...God sure knows how to throw in some surprises.

I worked at a certain job from september 2003 to the middle of 2004. I switched jobs and only filed taxes for my new job last year. The reason I didn't file for the job I left was because they took FOREVER to send me my W2s. By the time they sent it, I had already filed taxes for 2004 and was done with it. Well, to make a long story short, I had forgotten all about those old W2s when I was rummaging through my papers. Lo and behold! I found the W2s from that first job and got an old 2004 1040 tax form to file. hahahaha...After filling out all the appropriate information, I get a return of 1,239.82. lol


Thank the Lord!


There may be a late penalty for not filing last year. However, regardless of a penalty, I'll still be getting some cheddar back!
