This would be dope as hell if you didn't have to cut his hair.....lol. Cause the way it spikes up and down makes it hard to do a proper cut. Also, you need to hide the pic of the guy inside the border. If you are doing your borders with a stroke, you won't be able to do it. What you need to do is make your first layer (BG) as big as your gonna need it for your whole pic to fit. Then you need to make one which will be the size of your sig (I use 450 x 125). Then you will need to make another layer that will be 2 pixels larger than your sig layer (452 x 127), make this layer black, and then put it behind your sig layer. This will give it a border appearance. Then, make sure you are on the layer of tech9, and hold control and click on the 450 x 125 layer. Then hit ctrl + shift + i. Then go to your eraser and erase whatever is hanging over the bottom and side border ™
