Your life is what you make it.

Doesn't matter where you are, who you are, or what you want to do. If you honestly put an effort forth then you will improve your life.

If you live in the ghetto, then get a job, save some money, and move out. Or better yet, do well in HS, don't give in to the drugs, and more than likely you can go to college aka get out of the ghetto. You will probably qualify for financial aid, scholarships, grants, and if push comes to shove you will get loans as well.

If you do not go to college but want to, you are either:

A: Lazy
B: Don't want to work for it

It is almost impossible to not go to college. All you need is the smarts, and a 3.0 GPA. And that's just for a decent college. I've seen acceptance of 2.5 GPA's.

The reason it is a 'white society' is because a great percent of the white population goes to college and get the jobs with the most power because they deserve it. Now, with your attitude that is why it is a 'white society'.

In order to live you don't need a college degree, but in order to be truly successfull more then likely you will. Because making a living in the industry is a very low chance, and more than likely you will end up with no money at the end.

Improve your life, don't accept it.

Neway...Speakin of college, I went to a predominantly white school. I was one of about 20 blacks on campus. We often found ourselves working 2-3x as hard to prove we were just as good as our white counterparts. This toughened us up. I agree with what Rev says. Pray, then WORK for what you want.
