for tutorials go
www.Good-Tutorials.com

for Fonts go
www.dafont.com

for brushes go
www.deviantart.com then Browse then that first dropdown menu go to Resources then theres a 2nd drop down menu go Photoshop Brushes
but u got 7.0 so most wont work.
