i was just thinkin about some shit, how in real battles the person who goes 1st/second matters (in battles where they actually diss people and not spit random gun lines), but sometimes the 2nd person can use what the 1st person said against him etc. what if on here people can choose or somehow get picked to go 1st or 2nd, the person who goes 1st writes his punches or w/e and he has whatever amount of time he wants to write them, the 2nd guy goes and he can use whatever the 1st guy said against him BUT he has a lot less time to do it, like maybe a day or somethin instead of a week, eh idk was just thinkin or w/e

so basically for people who dont understand what i said in the paragraph...

first person
pros=week to write verse(or how ever long the tourney/league says 5 days or somethin)
cons=cant use what other person said since he/shes going first

2nd person
pros=can use what 1st person said against him
cons=has only 1 day or so to write the verse

2nd person could basically obliterate 1st person completely.

The way I do it elsewhere is just 2 verse battles, and the participants choose who goes first, no votes until both verses are posted.

That means the first guy writes blind verse, second guy comes back, first guy comes back to the come back, and second guy comes back again. If both people are skilled, it doesnt matter who goes first or second because voters take into account the blind first verse, as well as seeing the first guys ability to switch shit up.

You remember that from when I first came to this site as EyeDentdy and you showed as OMB...I got that shit started here for a bit and most people liked it coz it was how actual battles should be. Specially how RV use to be where you could see each others verses and shit.
BUt you can only do this in the leagues or unofficial battles here coz of the new format of things
