They all deserve bottles of water. No running required. This video just proves how sad of a world we live in and that there are actually individuals in it that get enjoyment out of making it worse.

Well, look, you're jumping to conclusions. One, they might have had water and the kid was just chasing it for sport or because he wanted to use the water for something like a water fight. There is no proof he was starving. Two, there is no evidence that is actually a station where you give food to starving individuals. Instead, it looks like someone held out part of their rations and a kid chased after it. When they saw the most determined kid, they threw the bottle to him. Unfortunately, some other person took it.

You don't know the condition of the place and it doesn't say where it is. They might have enough water.
