but yea, this is normal, nvidia and ATI make new video cards like every 6 months, which is the only con to computer gaming cuz you have to keep upgrading, but the next best thing will last you a good 2-3 years, they dont instantly make games based on the best card out it takes a while so it doesnt really matter much, but computer graphics will always be better then console since it costs a shitload more

yea, im gonna buy a 716 dollar graphics card for my computer instead of buying a playstation 3, plus it doesent mattter because jus because its a better graphic card, doesent mean games n shyt like n64 emulators and world of warcraft and San andreas for pc's graphics arent gonna be twice that of PS3, they have to make games according to the graphic card correct? games arent jus gonna upgrade themselves, it doesent work like thet

Why would you buy such an expensive thing instead of playstation 3? Its more or less the same price, but instead of getting the whole system and all its capabilities, you get one single graphics card that is probably already out of date. At least wait a while and pay that amount for a card twice as good.

I hate the computer industry, its such a bitch. Thats why I havent gotten round to getting a new computer yet, because I always think "oh I'll just wait till things get better and cheaper, then ill buy it."

Anyway my point with this thread is, PS3/360 graphics are soon not going to be impressive, but PC graphics will keep getting better steadily.

yes they are, its not like everyone knows about those graphic cards my guy, i remember when nintendo 64 was out i had computer games wit much better graphics, but i still liked the n64 better, but like i said, no one who had the option to either buy a ps3 or a 716 dollar pc graphics card would choose the graphic card.
