it just shows how different peoples cultures are... but in a school or business like envirenment they should have equal punishment for anyone who uses the word. i doubt kid would wanna be suspended from school indefinately like he wants the teacher to lose his job for sayin the same thing. its so gay to have different rules for different people... i hope i live to see the day the n word aint an issue anymore cuz im not racist and i could say the word the same way someone else says it but be considered a racist or being racist when im not. i dont get it and i hope we come to some understanding soon.
