Question for y'all..?

Has anyone had any problems with GOOGLE and YOUTUBE today?
Yesterday, I accessed them both fine. Today, neither one is fucking working. I've tried numerous times to access them and it just comes up saying "Internet Explorer cannot access this site." I can get on every other site I go on, just these two won't let me access them. Even on certain sites where there is a youtube video clip embedded into a post, it won't show up at all. It's the same shit over and over again. I can sign onto MSN and all that shit, so nothing wrong with my internet connection. I've done a system restore on my computer, I've ran spyware and antivirus software and my computer is clean. Just wondering if anyone else is having same problem, coz then that could mean that both the sites are temporarily down.

certain websites are running slower also, which is what's making me lean towards something being wrong with my fucking computer... AGAIN!! ARGHHH!!
