first of all make sure you get the smaller and hardest pana de casa bread loaf you can find and then dice tomatos, red onion, basil, garlic.....sprinkle sea salt ontop of the mixture and grate some parmisan aswell as a bit of feta cheese crumbled up then douse the whole thing in extra virgin olive oil...
then toast slices of pana de casa lightly and throw it all on top... word up... if you want to impress an italian girl... make that as an entre... |

I had a pretty good deal when I used to have to impress the ladies. My uncle's best friend used to own this really nice italian joint in md. Whenever I wanted he would set it up an put summin crazy like Reserved for Dr. Petro on my table with unlimited bottles of wine. The good old days
