Ain_t on Itunes.mp3 - 3.24MB
or www.myspace.com/thaqraps Beat: Kajmir Productions Hook: Q Verses: Q Note: I realize this has a 90s vibe...I rode with that. ![]() Concept: I was watching True Blood, you know, the HBO SERIES, when I saw this chick performing on stage...After her song, she promoted her new album and said "You can also download the single on Itunes"...At that moment, I realized how CLICHE and CORNY it is to say "You can download the single on Itunes"...cuz...I can't imagine people thinking in their heads "Gee, I can't wait to get on Itunes so I can download that song..." So...I came up with this concept...a track basically saying "FUCK YOU" to commercialism in hip hop and music in general...not a problem with mass marketing, but with "dumbing down" to reach certain demographics... Subject-wise...the verses are all over the place...just me basically saying what came to mind...But, in the 2nd verse, I decided to take a story-telling direction... Holla 1 |
