hey i registered and started out with a loss, how could that be if havent battled

hey anyone know how i can get my record fixed cuz i havent battled and it says i have a loss.........thats sucks cuz i was aming for untouchable record but without a chance i was given a loss........ i'd appriciate if anyone can help me with that
