After some discussion. It seems like deacon has abandoned the rule. Was only a test run anyway.

So it's back to like before. Though of course those who are abusing 'the system' in place of the rules shall, like before, be dealt with accordingly. Mein fuhrer is cold and calculated. So watch out...(nah, but seroiusly, it's all chilled out...so relative activeness and common sense will do. Patronisation not intended).

the problem with that system is you get people who give run of the mill carbon copy answers to fufill the 3 link rule rather than real feedback.......i won't miss the rule one bit..
