There's something that just turns me straight off of most "christian" rappers or "christian" music in general.

Why can't they just make music like everyone else, instead of labeling themselves. If they are christian it will show in their music, they don't have to go around telling everyone.

Its not like Jesus went around going.. "Yeah, I'm the messiah, look at me." It was just conveyed through his actions.

^ exactly... and to me, the whole point of christianity is that we are all sinners... so expressing something that is thought of as "secular" through music should NOT be seen as wrong... we all do it, and if you could express that in any way you should be able to thru your music.

1 reason people label themselves as "christian" artists is so that there is no doubt about it when you see them. Romans 1:16 says "for I am not ashamed of the gospel", so that is why the whole Cross Movement record label, puts that label on themselves.

I do somewhat agree with what both of you say and it makes perfect sense. I say that so you don't come in here trying to argue with me for nothing since I am saying that I do agree with you.

Oh yeah by the way this song is so tight. For me personally.

I heard this when I bought his CD like last June.
