Need minor cutting help

Ya, that picture of myself in my sig... I just kind of hacked it up quick in MS paint but I want a more clear and better done one. I just need someone to cut it the same way and size, make everything from my arms up in the BG a faded black and then have the same "Myself." text font, color, everything but with that transparent BG around it so that I can post it on any color and it will blend.

Na, the original image that I cut had good quality... When you host images from paint though everything you do distorts once the image has been hosted. I like the effect cuz after I make my paint sigs it does an almost blending affect to the work I've done, but here it's just a picture so nothing really needs to be blended.
