Yea, now lets get back to my story,
Plenty of moments to be proud of in life, but never felt glory,
Me and my moms never even had our own house, I’ve bout had it,
I feel like Ann Frank, the way for years I was livin in an attic,
But this year I moved wit my father, and so far its been nothing but hatred,
And the best news about livin here is that I’ve been promoted to a basement,
And my dad thinks he can be a father, its too late; I’ve grown up
Now he’s on that Black Eye Peas tip, talking bout “Where is the love,”
Don’t worry, the five year old who had a father still loves you,
But the man he’s grown into 10 years later wants nothing of you,
At least my mom got off the drugs, went away, and got better,
Came back and told her son she would love him forever,
Cause I don’t care if I gotta walk to Georgia to see my mother and friends,
In one year I’m leavin, hopin I never see you again,
I’ve been through hard times, and taught myself the ways of the life,
I’ve been poor, hungry and homeless, roamin the streets seven days six nights,

i liked it and thought it was good, i felt it, the only thing was that alot of the lines started with the same words and got a little too repettitive.

its just the way I spit it and the way my stuff looks written is completely different. the ands arent really there when I spit it. I'm just letting you know from a different poin of view that I mean "and" even though its not there. should I take it out but thanks for the feedback. uppin
