i recently got a Sony DCR-TRV480 camcorder to shoot some videos to some of my songs I have alot of footage that Im going to peice together to create it when Im done.. but thats besides the issue the problem is.. I dont know how the hell to get the video OFF the cam onto my computer I have a usb cable and my camcorder is usb steaming ready and all that And I know how to play the video thats on my cam on my computer screen, but thats it, I dont know how to save it. And when I try to open up the program that came with it, "Picture Perfect" it tells me I need Macromedia Flash Player first. Now I KNOW I have that shit already on my computer mainly because I've installed it numerous times from adobe.com HOW THE HELL DO I GET THE VICEO OFF MY CAM ONTO THE COMPUTER and WHY THE HELL DO THE PROGRAM KEEP TELLIN ME THAT MACROMEDIA FLASH PLAYER NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED FIRST? If anyone got any tips or advice it would be much needed thanks

Does your computer recognize the camera as a removable storage device? Check in "My Computer" and see if there is a drive letter that isn't usually there.
Or read the camera manual.. What does it say?
