all real artists has been influenced by...

IP: 95EB 880F

kim burrel (not sure on that spelling) she is a southern gospel singer whose vocal range stunned me , she really exemplifies what music is , she has influenced almost every popular singer or has been tied to there role models , along with that the woman has influneced much of todays rap and hip-hop listen to a few of her songs hit me back with feed back

*this is music in general, most of you prolly havent heard of her ,i'll be surprised if you have but she is a huge part of music period

if i wanted to get even more specific i'd have to say that rap's first public mainstream artist was blondie cant remember what the song was called but she had one of the first rap solos that got popular , and to be even more specific root of all rap goes to jazz music ,

to what fluid moon said about the song rappers delight by the sugar hill gang,
that did influence rap but jazz was before that jazz probably influenced them to do that or come up wit that song/style
