I thought I'd visit a forum I've never been in before. So...

Criminal justice, a caged demon unleashed to the world
A place seen by many and hated alike
Pain and fright bleed within the mind and leak to real life
The unjust seemingly seized but darkness is blinding at night
A search for truth will soon lead to a new breed of right
A face of exactitude with withering actuality
A left handed mentality that only draws in technicality
And as legitimate words fall, a duty for principle slopes upward for us all

for your first poem in here it was actually really good...im not exactly sure if there was any sort of topic but i liked the wordplay and your vocabulary...it flowed nicely good read keep it up man

That was interesting opium, man (er, opey).

How justice CAN deliver injustice as well as justice. The flaws of the criminal justice system. I mean this in both ways. Sending someone down though they are innocent. But cos they had a below par lawyer or evidence manipulated or anything along those lines. He/she goes down.

And the guilty get away. Because they have an excellent lawyer. Or the police man did made a small (largely meaningless) mistake. But nonetheless it matters enough to effect the case. And so he gets off on a technicality.

It works in many ways. But yeah the criminal justice systemis flawed. Did you know that a white person has never been put on death row for the killing a non-white person. In the history of USA.

Anyway, a solid enough piece. I liked how you compressed it into a short piece. It was a fairly nicely rounded off burst. Decent piece indeed.

thanks a lot. im glad someone understood what i was trying to get across. There is still more behind it also. And yes I do try to put much meaning in few words. Oh and I've studied about how the justice system discriminates when it comes to the death penalty.
