To dope to battle?

IP: A666 93C5

Is their a point you hit that your to dope to battle? Doesnt that defeat the purpose of battling in itself?

You battle for alot of things, but mainly to show you're better than someone else, and assuming you're doper than someone else so you wont battle them is bullshit. Just shows you are weak, you either know your going to lose, have a legitimate excuse not to battle (rare), or youre afraid you lose your 'dope appeal'. Either way its a bitch move. Text or Audio, its all for expierence, you can't saying doing text wont help your Audio because its probably (assumption) that atleast 50 % of all Audio heads to have ever been here started with text, battle or not. Lyrics are lyrics, battle or not, you say its harder to make lyrics for a song, but isnt it just writting about a topic in your own fashion, style, ect.? And isnt battling writting about a topic? Mainly the other person, that is a general statement to say the least. Theres not much of a difference in my eyes, yeah you might take more time to perfect a song than a verse, but when it comes down to the writting aspect, you think the same, you have the same thought processes, ability to formulate a words in a rythmatic pattern, its all from your brain, it doesnt change whether you use a pen or a keyboard, or whether its for a real song or a text open mic. Your approach my change but your abilities don't.
