New Joc City
IP:
i'm sorry, but for me this is gradually becoming one of those albums you can just put on and let play all the way through when you're chillen at the crib or ridin... no, Joc dont come with Immortal Technique lyrics or anything, but you can listen to this whole album straight thru and keep your head bobbin the whole time, kinda reminds me of when Urban Legend & that BNDH album dropped... just a solid album of bangaz.
Its Goin Down, I Know You See It, New Joc City, Hear Me Comin, Dope Boy Magic, Do Ya Bad, A Couple Grand (not on the album, but another fuckin dopeass track from Joc)... all those are hits... |

yeah i like some of his music and i could listen thru his whole cd...b/c some of you dont like his style doesnt mean he's trash...sure his lyrics are not up to bar with all the MC's with lyrical rythem but shit what he does got him to where he's at, i wouldnt mind being just like him...ya'll just hatting on a new rapper coming from the south any chance you get, you're prolly sitting in your chair day dreaming of how Yung Joc made it, well first of all his image, his style/slang of words catch ceo's,producers and etc attention and then they give him a shot and what ya know It's Going Down became a hit...if ya dont think so then you're prolly white most likely and is all caught up on trying to Jedi Mind Tricks,Canibus,Rakim and all those lyricis...but if you look on every music channel on Television his videos play and in radio he gets airplay....and him going platinum doesnt make you open eyes of him not being complete ass then i guess you just need a slap in the face for being to arragant.

I guess it is a south thing cuz I like listening to Young Joc's songs in my car. Basically everyone in the South that I know likes him. I know some of his songs might sound the same and he isn't lyrically sound, but his beats help him out. Yall the only people that hate on these kinda rappers. Maybe thats why the North ain't as crunk as we are in the south. How can you get down with just those soul rappers like Nas. Im not hating on Nas but I can only listen to him when im in a sort of mood. Nethertheless I like listening to Joc, Yola Da Great, Pimp C, Young Dro, DFB, and Pastor Troy cuz they get me hype. I still like the other rappers that are lyrically sound like Papoose, Saigon, and Rick Ross.
