if im so wise then why does my heart cry
why does my soul have to rot away and die
you say im smart and ive got all the answers
then why is my flesh eating itself alive like cancer

if im so wise then why do you want me to change
why do you want my whole lifestyle rearranged
why do you want part of me dead
why do i keep listening to these voices in my head

if im so wise then why do i constantly relive the past
why do so many things feel like a pain in the ass
why does my life have to be harder than yours
trust me it is cuz i know all the scores
its your story additional ornaments arent needed
nothing left to do with my inner anger other than feed it

if im so wise why is my life a constant struggle
people keep throwing more shit at me to juggle
hidden feelings once kept inside of me are out
i just got sick of hearing them scream and shout
i cant take anymore of this i cant go on
why does everything about this seem so wrong
thats it im done i cant fight it anymore
