My buddy Walt threw a cook out and fight party yesterday for a few co-workers.

Lemme just say...WOW

1st off, we met at work, but yesterday was the first time I'd been out to his crib.

I kid you not. It was like walking through an episode of Cribs.

I had NO IDEA my man worked in Real Estate and Home Design.

1st thing I noticed was dude's hardwood floors. As soon as his lil son let me in, he was like "Take ya shoes off for me mike."

Then, he gave me the official tour.

He has a barbershop in his house...It only has one seat, but the room is decked out...In it, he has a 6 foot tall by 5 foot wide Rear projection TV...

Then, he showed me his home theater...a 100-inch projection screen HD projection TV...

He had 5 leather lounge chairs with a full BAR in the rear...

He had simulated movie theater track lighting...And, the surround system in there was amazing. He also had LCD TVs in the living room and bedrooms.

Then, I noticed his 4 cars...his Kawasaki bike, ATV, go cart...

Shall I continue?

Then, while we were shoppin for some last minute food items at BJs, he says, "Mike, when u get ready to really invest, get at me...I have the insides on this deal that'll shock u."

^Apparently, dude has an investment partner that gets him a 30%,THIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! turn over on ur investment...

But, get this...I was like..."I'll give u a couple thousand next month to invest for me." Then, he was like, "O nah man...the mininum deposit is 25 thousand."

LOL

hahahaha

Well, I always said I planned to surround myself wit people who were aboe and beyond my level so I can aspire to something.


But yo...

It was awe inspiring...
