Fuck that's lame, we get screwed for everything we do oversea's. I am serious when I say this. It is common knowledge that if an American is involved in an acident in Saudi Arabia, not only is it the americans fault, be he must pay for everything including the investigation. I mean everytime I'm in that God forsaken place I refuse to drive and have a GI escort with me, even though that does little in my defense if there is an accident. It sucks we have to put up with this shit, yet we can not do anything to people entering our borders without looking like modern day Nazi's. This is so frustrating to me. People get away with murder on our soil, yet because of there international status we can not even touch them, this is wrong. We need to do the same, as it is being done to us. theres plenty of cases..but
only a few weeks ago a british woman was locked away for 3 months or sum shit for joking she had a bomb in her baggage

Im not saying it doesn't happen, just in many cases involving mexican citizens, we can not go after them. Even the police are told not to go after them, even if spoted near the border or on our side. Californias' legislation put this measure into action some time in 95 I I believe. It's to protect the rights and privacy of those legal residents in Californa, but at the same time there is a huge flaw as it protects the criminal element as well. That was my direction in that prevous post.
