I've heard you need 250 posts and 5 wins to get a custom avatar, once you do, does it automatically come up or something?And my signature wont show, and my title says Unconfirmed Email or soemthing like that.....

Title and signature seems to be working.. The title change may not update in real time. If you only have 250 posts, you will need to pm an admin to be allowed to get a custom avatar... Or it is done automatically at 500 posts.
