Hi there

I'm having all sorts of problems with organising my sentences so that they flow together properly. I don't understand my problem i think i could have either adhd or dyslexia but I need some support off somebody that can help me. my parents neglect my problem and it just gets worse and more depressing by the day. It's really emotionally distressed me and i feel like I cannot feel confident in the words that i speak so everyone walks all over me. Can somebody really help me and give me a chance to express my self because my speech is really poor it's like that cuz i didn't start to talk until i was about 6 years old... I still get puzzled at the english language. Please will somebody give me the support cuz i cannot go on like this ive had enough of this cuz it's caused all sorts of problems like being teased, feeling like im dumb and it stops me from being who i want to be like everyone else. It has effect on my writing mostly and specially when i try to think of a poem the structure will be all wrong. These are some of the things I need help with if you can... thanks for your time

Sentence Structure
Conjunctions (How many times can you use then and when do you have to stop?)
The use of simple sentences (when are they needed?)
commers and full stops (I need a little help on punctuation to please)

Conjunctions:

Most of the time, you only use one or two. After that they become repetitive, or make a run on sentence. Instead of saying, "I washed the car and mowed the lawn and cooked dinner and did the laundry today" you can just say "I washed the car, mowed the lawn, cooked dinner, and did the laundry today".

Also, they can make the run on sentences.
"I went to the movies with my girlfriend and then we went to dinner for a nice meal out but she had to leave because of her mom because her mom wants her in bed before 11 but I ended up sneaking in her house because of my trusty ladder and we made out all night."

See, technically that is a sentence but the ands, buts, becauses, ruin it.
"I went to the movies with my girlfriend. Afterwards, we went to dinner for a nice meal out but she had to leave because of her mom. Her mom wants her in bed before 11 but I ended up sneaking in her house because of my trusty ladder. We made out all night."

Not the best example, but see how the flow still continues, even though the periods are there?

you seemed to organize your sentences perfectly in that paragraph...and no you dont have dyslexia or else you would see things and or write like
