All kinds of peeps throwin out disses men comin home yellin at the misses
everyone yelling not knowin what to do always complainin about what they goin through
not understandin what’s goin on not figurin out they are just a pawn
in this world full of iniquity abandoning the Lord the Almighty
always askin why their life is so bad never looking up they continue bein sad
they’ll never come to the full conclusion never looking toward the True Solution
their heads always hangin low walking around with a tormented soul
can’t express what they’re missin just waitin on Someone to come and listen
wantin nothin more than just to feel love goin to worldly things instead of lookin above
passin by the local church everyday but deciding that that’s not the way
they continue home with a missing peace wondering if the pain will ever cease

come to God and fill in the hole come to Him He’ll never let you go
He’ll always be there no matter what for you He was broken, bruised, and cut
let Him pull you out of the mud and clean you off with His blood

violence, sex, and hate are always the issues of debate
everyone talkin about personal gain and always lookin for some kind of fame
schools losing all their foundations forsaking the One Who made the nations
students never learn about the Truth they go everywhere else for the proof
of their existence and why there are here goin to drugs and through a 6 pack of beer
people never get why the world is so evil never leavin the house cause its so lethal
never sittin back to see the full picture never goin to the Word for their literature
wars and pestilence plague the earth and many marvel at the notion of second birth
but really its not that hard to get just follow Jesus and everything else forfeit
He will fill the hole in you heart once He’s there He’ll never part
so go ahead and let the pain cease He’ll offer you an eternal peace
