Yet he still glorifies murder and drugs but he don’t get it/

When in reality Pac, Nas, and Big were the only ones/
emcees rap about real things, how dey rose up and grew wings/
But when they sell a million records then its all about big bling/
The money goes to their head, cause now they’re clothed and well fed/
But then they party till its gone, end up in jail or dead/
We abuse it, but we can change, like Nas said, “save the music”/
And if we try no1 can tell us we just rolled over and died/

And lately......... there ain't been no inclining in rap/x2

The declining of rap is caused by all of the hate/
But then again, maybe it was chosen as fate/
Now it's too late..... although it is great/
Putting your mind, body, and soul in another state/
But lately it has moved in a different direction/
To riches and glory, instead of teaching a lesson/
Used to be about usin a pen, paper, and writing wut's on ya mind/

Wanting rap gone, but in a few years they'll want it back/
In hip-hop there are fakes, hatas, and foes/
Istead of grow, the population is dying down slow/

Expressing our thoughts by writing reciting and thinking of songs/
